This Privacy Policy explains how Klaudia Ndreca, a Florida licensed real estate sales associate with Chad and Sandy Real Estate Group ("I," "we," or "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit klaudiandrecarealtor.com (the "Site") or contact us.

- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, property address, home search preferences, budget, timeline and any message you send through our forms, by phone, text or email.

How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and contact you by call, text or email about buying, selling or valuing real estate.
- To provide real estate services, including home searches, market analyses, showings, offers and transaction coordination.
- To share your information with Chad and Sandy Real Estate Group, my brokerage, which supervises my real estate activities and may need to access your information to serve you or meet its legal obligations.

Text messages
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may contact you by text message about your real estate inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with Chad and Sandy Real Estate Group; with service providers that help us run the Site and our business (such as website hosting, email and CRM providers), who may use it only to provide services to us; with parties to a real estate transaction as needed to complete it, with your knowledge; and when required by law, subpoena or to protect our rights.
How long we keep information
We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, brokerage and record-keeping requirements, including Florida real estate record retention rules. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
